TRG | The Bottom Line – 10/11

TRG this week hosted its Fall 2024 Construction & Industrial Benchmarking Summit at the stunning Southall Farm & Inn in historic Franklin, TN. We gathered a half dozen outstanding companies with whom have had the privilege of getting to know and work with at TRG over the past 15+ years. They are leaders in their respective fields and are among the largest and most successful in their professions.  Some are multi-generation family businesses, operating for 100 years or more. Others are led by experienced industry veterans who are building companies that will endure for the next 100 years. Together, they represent thousands of employees across the country, and even the globe, helping build America in our key three end-markets: Residential, Non-Residential, and Public. Against the backdrop of the spectacular lush and rolling hills set on 325 acres, our goal was to provide different perspectives across industries to metrics that are important to each of us in the construction & industrial value chain. And we also sought to forge meaningful connections and conversations with our gathering. In all, the Summit proved to be an informative and fun experience, focusing on topics ranging from Technology & All things AI to Employee Retention & Building the Next Leaders. We also had a bit of fun! We kicked off our event with a bee-keeping tour and wrapped up with an amazing falconry experience, all while gaining a deeper appreciation for the patience, process and art of both.
